So I was just browsing around on YouTube for some short and "exciting" little workout video yesterday. I kinda immediately bumped into this video below. I have never heard of Tiffany Rothe before but i decided to give it a try. The exercise was all very simple, just bending and stretching a lot like a tree..... but MAN!!! After a few hours I could already tell that I will have LOTS of muscle pain the next day.... and sure enough, I woke up this morning to a painful painful torso. It shows how much that simple little exercise for only 10 minutes worked!!! So give it a try if you like.
