We have been calling him PolkaDot but husband thinks we should change that to PolkaDude, hehe.
I'm not gonna lie, this news came as a surprise to me. I was convinced it was a girl...Everyone else thought so too.
I'm not disappointed that it is a boy, I'm just bummed that it is not a girl. Hope that makes sense.
For years I have been collecting ideas for girls on Pinterest, only a few boy things, my head has been filled with ideas of what to sew for a little girl, headbands, leggings, skirts and bows... And now that there is no need for those ideas anymore my head seems to be empty. Not much for a boy, not even a name.
I spent this afternoon trying to wrap my head around the fact: we are indeed having a little boy! I have found some very cute ideas on Pinterest and we have found a couple of possible names too so I'm warming up to the idea of being a mommy of two boys. [He has been kicking inside so hard these days, hehe, he will probably become a handsome Italian soccer player :]
