Good food

Antonio, Daniele and Scott went to visit some refugees this morning so I could come home and work from my warm kitchen instead of the chilly office. We tried to use the fireplace in there but it wasn't throwing much heat. All the warmth went out the chimney, we think.

After school we went to pick up Benjamin. The sun felt so warm, I think it was like 16 degrees celsius or something crazy like that. It will warm up even more this weekend.

For lunch I was gonna make Gyros but I wanted Gordon Ramsey's Shepherd's Pie instead. It is an amazing recipe, and very simple too!

Ladies and gents, may I introduce to you the amazing, delicious Potato Pizza! Sounds weird, right? I have never even heard of it before I came to Italy but it is truly fantastic. I have been gagging from anything tomato saucey so this is my way of enjoying pizza without the gross sauce on it, hehe.
